These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 247 Front Runner platform operated at 247frontrunner.com ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
247 Front Runner provides an automated missed call text-back service for businesses. When a call to your business goes unanswered, our system sends an automated text message to the caller on your behalf, helping you capture leads and recover missed opportunities.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service requires a paid subscription at $79 per month. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
The automated text messages sent through our Service are transactional messages triggered by an inbound call from the recipient. You are responsible for ensuring your auto-reply message content is appropriate and compliant with applicable laws. You must not modify the intended use of the messaging system to send marketing or promotional content.
We provision phone numbers through Twilio for use with your account. These numbers remain the property of 247 Front Runner and Twilio. Numbers are released when you delete a business or cancel your account.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that call and message data is collected and stored to provide the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed calls, undelivered messages, or service outages caused by third-party providers (Twilio, Stripe, etc.) or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 247 Front Runner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that could harm other users or our platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
